I chose you for a couple reasons... The first was your write up on the
bottom of the profile.  I really looked for someone that would help her
try to understand what is going on.  She just needs someone that would
treat her as a person and not just a robotic listing if that makes any
sense.  The second reason is that you spoke 3 languages.  I did think
that would be quite helpful.  But the biggest reason was when I spoke
with you, you did seem as if you would help the client even if it was
not a million dollar listing.  I like a person that will help the
smallest transaction with the same fever as a million dollar listing...
That shows character to me.

Hi Olaf

I was in a position where I didn't know what to do, and I asked if you could help me. You did, and that was the best thing that could have happened. You really stepped up to bat and took on the Mortgage company, so that I could figure out what my options were. You've been so diligent in your work with knowing what to say and keeping on them until an answer was given. If I ever had to go thru that again, I absolutely would call you!

Yeah, I remember when you would call and I felt bad because we were working with this other person and you were so nice and I got upset that my brother hadn't told me about you sooner but all I can say is that we are very happy that we chose to work with you. I have to tell you, having a good personality makes such a big difference, there are plenty of real estate agents out there but you stand out amongst them.

This year I have pursued an opportunity to purchase my first home. After months of preparation and study of real estate procedures and practices, I realized that those months were not enough to protect my interests in negotiating property acquisition and transactions.
